For the 2017-2018 administration our theme is The Power of Community.

JWCL is an active group of woman volunteers in Loudoun County, Virginia who want to make a difference in our community. Our members volunteer their time, talents, and resources towards many local, national, and international causes.

Prom Wishes 2018 will be 2 days this year

Saturday, March 17th  11 am - 1 pm

All high school girls are welcome to attend!

There is no admission fee, girls can try on dresses and take home their favorite dress & accessories for FREE!

Middleburg Bank (Catoctin Circle)

JWCL is a 501c3 non-profit organization.  JWCL will not profit from any of the donations made for Prom Wishes, everything is offered for FREE to the girls attending the event.
