Over the years, JWCL has received a variety of awards both from GFWC and within the local community. These awards provide formal recognition of the work that Club members do to make a positive impact on the world in which they live. 

• Outstanding Volunteer Group of Loudoun County (1995, 2002, 2010)
• GFWC Virginia Junior Club of the Year (2002, 2004, 2011)
• GFWC Virginia Junior Director's Award for Outstanding Achievement (2006, 2009, 2010)
• Founded the first Loudoun County chapter of Virginians Opposing Drunk Driving (VODD) that later became Mother's Against Drunk Driving (MADD) (1983)
• Established the Blue Ridge Speech and Hearing Clinic for the aid of children with hearing and speech difficulties. The clinic is still operational and receives donations from JWCL. (1963-67)
