Prom Wishes, formerly known as Fairy Tale Closet, is an annual JWCL event that began in 2003. Through Prom Wishes we collect prom dresses, shoes, purses, jewelry, accessories, and cosmetics from the community. These items are then made available to high school girls in the community at a one-day boutique where they can select prom attire free of charge.
Prom Wishes 2011 took place on Saturday, April 9th at the Courtyard Marriott Dulles Town Center. Thank you to those who made donations, volunteered, or sponsored the event; because of you we were able to make a difference in the lives of young women across Loudoun county and the surrounding areas!
Please note - Due to storage limitations, donations are no longer being accepted. Collection sites will open again in early 2012. Questions? contact us at promwishes@jwcl.org.
