2004 JWCL Spring Shopping Expo The JWCL Annual Spring Shopping Expo was held on April 17th, 2004 from 9:00am - 3:00pm in the gym at Douglass Community Center at 407 East Market Street in Leesburg, VA. The sale featured local crafters and nationally known home based businesses (click here for a list of all vendors). Admission was free and there was also an "at-the-door" collection of canned foods for Loudoun Interfaith Relief. In addition, there was a raffle of donated items from our participating vendors to benefit Loudoun's Abused Womens Shelter (LAWS). Proceeds from the sale benefit local charities.
